Payment
All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change. Foley Dog Treat Company accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay for payment of orders via foleydogtreat.com. Your credit card or account will be charged when you place your order.
Returns & Refunds
Foley Dog Treat Company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right! If one of our products is not everything you hoped it would be, we will gladly offer you a full refund for the purchase price or offer a replacement within 30 days of your purchase.
If you purchased directly from foleydogtreat.com in the past 30 days:
- Please email woof@foleydogtreat.com or call us at +1 250-753-3647 to request a return.
- Ship the product back to us in the original packaging, using the shipping label provided.
- Upon receipt, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase.
- Allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed – some payment methods take longer than others.
- Refunds will be issued for the product’s purchase price – we are not able to refund shipping charges.
If you purchased from one of our authorized resellers in the past 30 days:
- Please contact the reseller directly to arrange your return.
- Foley Dog Treat Company will credit the reseller’s account once the return has been processed.
